I have had good experiences sending boxes with them to Nicaragua. They deliver the boxes to the destination country in 15 days. Charge $2 per pound and you only pay until your box has been received. The staff is helpful and kind.

Terrible experience! They spelled my name incorrectly on the shipping documents and as a result, I have to pay 75US to have my documents amended in the arrival destination! This is in addition to the exorbitant fees of their shipping partners.

Since they are receiving and moving merchandise, it should be mandatory to provide receipts detailing what it is they're receiving, but they don't unless the customer asks for a receipt. Unprofessional
Update: merchandise arrived damaged with a scratch and a bent part
