I highly recommend US Storage The customer service here is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain all my options and helped me choose the perfect unit for my needs. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they provide to ensure my belongings are safe. On top of that, their pricing is competitive and transparent—no hidden fees. Overall, an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

Majority of these 5 star reviews come from the workers insisting on a review while you sit there being onboarded. They appear friendly so why say no which is what I did at first.
However after actually having 6 months of experience under my belt and seeing how the facility and its admin operate I changed a 5 star to a 1 star for the following reasons.
They close the facility not just on holidays (which is fair) but also for unexpected staff shortages, company events, and sometimes the office for prolonged breaks where they disappear leaving you waiting. Meaning you can come out of the way with no email notice even to find out the facility is closed within business hours. Happened when it shouldn’t have!
They walk by your unit when showing others to prospective customers and peak in and make comments rather than minding their own business. Very odd.
They also raise rates. They raised the rates a lot and without justification. Inflation was the reason but inflation had peaked before I rented the place out and no utility rates had risen to justify the 60% rent increase. If you need a long term storage solution I don’t know where to point you but I can point you away from this place. For all the hundreds of 5 star reviews those people were baited to write them on sign up day. The customers with actual experience are in here if you look deep enough with complaints and they are real and normal people like me. Take my advice and be cautious because not that it can but it will happen to you
