I am very disappointed. A lot of my property is damaged due to rats poop piss and scratching. Called the office they told me I wasn’t to have anything perishable or they wouldn’t have came in there. I had a box of canned goods that wasn’t even touched but everything else was messed up. I just want some of my money back for my property this is ridiculous AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I accidently picked a smaller storage unit. I called them up and they moved me to a new one and gave me a discounted price that they had as a special. It was all done within 15 minutes. Great customer service and extremely easy to gain access to the units.

EZ Rent A Space is super convenient with access around the clock. There is a secure gate and plenty of access to the units. Sign up, cancellation, and billing are super easy with their online account. Great storage facility!

Easy over the phone process and assistance. You can enter the gate code, enter combo given to your unit, and handle your business all right after a simple quick phone call. Took me only a few minutes for the process. Cost me $30 for a 10x10 space plus $9 for using their insurance. Coverage for $2,000. $39 total per month for me. 2nd month is free for now.
