Flew in with United Air Lines ( 11/ 08) and luggage did not arrive when I landed. I filed a claim and was advised I would have my luggage delivered to me on 11/9. It is now 11/10 @ 1:05 and I have yet to receive my luggage from the local company All Day Courier. I keep getting the run a round and no one has an answer for me. I have been calling and no one answers the phone. I have lost an entire day of vacation waiting for my luggage to get to my family's home. They have my contact number, giving them the opportunity to contact me and at least let me know that it will be delivered on 11/10 in the morning.

I genuinely do not understand how this company is in business. My bags sat for a day and a half at their facility then they said they would deliver it at 1am. I called to work it out and was offered no solutions. Super unresponsive, super unreliable.

Got all my belonging in my suitcase stolen when it was delivered. Was meant to be delivered at 7pm however was late and was delivered at 4am. All my items were gone.

God forbid your airline contracts with turns. They’ll try to deliver your bags at 3am then take back to LAX. Pathetic.
