I had such a positive experience with them last year, booked through UHaul, that I made the mistake of taking their business card to book directly this time around because the movers said it would allow them to keep a higher percentage of their earnings. The movers took about 40 minutes to unload my UBox, and arrived at the time we agreed upon. Total 180 this time around.

The evening before my move date, I was texted to request a different date despite booking weeks in advance but my move was inflexible due to my lease ending. I was told originally there was an emergency, but was told during the move that there was a cancellation and a truck issue, so it felt more like they overbooked. Despite the red flag, I stuck with this company - that charges $189 for the $118 UHaul truck plus gas/mileage, where other companies quoted me $125-150 - because of my easy experience last year. After some back and forth, I was told I'd be contacted the morning of my move, scheduled for 11a-12p with details, but I did not hear from them until I texted at 10:40 am. Then, I was told it would be about 2-3 hours, and heard nothing until I checked in again at 3. Then I was told they were just getting the truck at 4:12, but the movers didn't arrive until 6:10 or so and, with one just dolley, it took double the anticipated time and, thus, nearly doubled the cost originally quoted.

Moving my studio apartment (no bed frame, no shelving, no statue of David) 30 minutes, from one town to another with service elevator access in both building, this go around cost me $992 booking direct, where I paid $2200 total last year through UHaul to move across the country - literally coast to coast. The movers were nice folks but I should have booked elsewhere - lesson learned.

This is a real 5-star company. I definitely recommend this mover company.
I moved 3 bedrooms house from San Jose to Orange County, CA, and used the flat rate option.
They dropped off the day after pickup. On-time with professional communication.
Ramon is a nice guy, professional, polite, and always available.
Their price is the best compared to the other companies and never changed what we talked about and signed.

Really top notch moving experience. They gave us a rapid and accurate quote. They were in regular contact prior to the move itself and provided COIs for the buildings. The moving team was incredible. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. Everything got moved, nothing got broken, and they even unpacked and reconstructed all our furniture. They really are the best

I was so impressed with the quality of the cleaning and the end results… the house was sparkling clean and far exceeded my expectations.. I had a excellent experience with Go Movers Moving Company! From the first inquiry phone call I could tell they were professional and knew how to treat customers. I received confirmation phone calls when expected before moving, on moving day they showed up when they were scheduled and let me know they were on their way. All three movers were professional, polite, friendly from start to finish, efficient, fast, and they took precaution with all my furniture and breakables by wrapping it, as well as protecting the door frames in the house I was moving out of. I have used other moving companies twice in San Jose and Go Movers Moving is by far the best service I have ever received! And if that isn't enough, they are reasonable priced as well. The best moving service in the Bay Area. I was worried that all of my boxes wouldn’t fit in the truck I rented, luckily Gabe figured out a way to make it all fit in my truck. He did it with care and making sure that none of my items were damaged. Ramon was very professional and kept me inform on the time and date of their arrival.
