Our Ford F150 XLT lightning 2023 (electric truck) broke down in San Jose. The battery died and we’re too far from home (SF). It’s only 4 months old with only 2600 mileage. Ford dealer service sent 2 tow truck services which failed because our Ford F150 stayed on parked, everything shut down, immovable. We were stuck for more than three hours. The other tow services have limited capabilities to tow electric vehicles like ours. Until I found Aguilar Towing company from google map. Javier was quick, dependable and price is reasonable. Due to high volume of his customers, he seemed rushing when he spoke but I was desperate. He said he can do the job. Aguilar’s truck arrived in 15 minutes and towed it to the location where we want it serviced. After I paid, I received the receipt in few minutes. Aguilar’s staff are nice, friendly and dependable. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs.

My car was parked in the fifth floor of a tiny parking garage in downtown San Jose. The garage has clearance level of seven feet and each turn inside the building is very sharp. Aguilar Towing used a small tow truck to bring my car out and used another tow truck to tow my car to a Tesla service center. During the entire process they were careful and diligent. I am very appreciative of their help today and I would highly recommend using their services.

Martin was shockingly punctual which was extremely helpful since I work from home and scheduled the tow in between calls.

Martin was quick, friendly, efficient, and respectful of the neighbors who came and went as we got my jeep hooked up and loaded.

The service itself was good - arrived fast, safely towed my car to a shop. Afterwards has been a mess. I’ve tried for 2 months to get a receipt to submit for reimbursement to my insurance company. I’ve called a dozen times, my insurance office has called - nothing. They say they’ll send it and they don’t. They ask me to text them, email them, they’ll send it right away. They still haven’t. The customer service is not worth it - there are too many other tow companies out there. I’ve already paid, so I really don’t understand what’s difficult about sending me a receipt.

Their customer service is beyond my expectations. The staff is very kind, and is very careful when handling your car. I’ve had to call them for different types of services such as unlocking my car because I left my keys locked in. Their prices are very affordable, I recommend you give them a chance next to time you need a tow service.

Used their service to tow my motorcycle to the shop. As they were strapping it in the back of the truck bed, I notified them it was not strapped correctly. I followed them to the shop and 3 blocks down the road my bike fell. They had to pull over to lift my bike and re-strap it. It now had damages to the left side because of them. The owner worried I would put a bad review so he offered me a free future tow. I called a month later and go no answer. So I decided to write the review. Be careful if they tow your motorcycle! I would not recommend.

Ezequiel was incredible. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Everything I could have hoped for given a frustrating situation where I need my truck towed to the dealership after someone cut my battery cables. Highly recommend. 🙂
