Top notch flowers is his dispensary that I used to frequent as my primary tree man they started out as patient-oriented and went right into financial oriented very quickly selling products that they only grow themselves to cut cost and cut over it as much as possible and to cut down on vendors so they don't have to pay for the flower that they sell which in turn makes it watered down number one number two not grown by professional growers number three not packaged not tested or managed or oversight at All by the state the only good thing about recreational coming into play here is the fact that there is oversight by the state of California to prevent these dispensaries from taking advantage of patients yes I said the word patience not customers they treat us like customers were not customers were patients please people rise with me that's my review for top notch flowers I don't frequent there anymore I don't even use them as a service anymore and I wouldn't suggest that you do either you can give it a try but they're not very helpful and they will not help you if you make a purchase and they bring you something different than what it's supposed to be they mislabeled their indica's with their sativas and their hybrids that's all I have nothing else to say very rude shiesty due to financial that's top notch flowers to me that is my perception of this dispensary another bad review for another non-straight shooter this review has been put together by Daniel S DSO 13 Google 7 senior review Tech thank you have a nice day if you like this review and it's helpful to you please put a light next to it I would appreciate it I'm trying to promote a YouTube channel in the hopes of helping people to select their cannabis more effectively thank you
