The worst service in here i stop in the store wait for about 7 min and no one even come to ask what we goin to order it was 1 guy working in this place but it was like I don't exist in the store

Great downtown pizza spot when you come at the right time otherwise it's packed with people...
Loved the girl that helped me and my family with our special request, the team was amazing!
Will always come back to spot's over PMH, she always makes us laugh... always good food and service over all

I absolutely love coming here! The food is a great price. The pizza always is coming out warm and cheesy not being stingy with the toppings. I think this place is delightful to come to and get pizza.

Customer service was awful, took 10 mins for someone to take our order (no one else was in the store), and they were out of water (?!) so I had to buy a bottle. Mid pizza and worst salad I’ve ever eaten, really expensive too. The chicken on the salad was inedible, and so were the olives. I got the greek salad with chicken and a mini cheese pizza to share. Would not go back!! Go to Pompeii across the street instead.

Almost afraid to write this because I don’t want the big buff owner to retaliate against the chef and think this was coming from him, but I saw the big owner or front line worker being very rude and snapping at the older cook in the back. Just overall bad vibes and weird atmosphere. Pizza tasted like cafeteria style pizza from an elementary school.

I’ve tasted frozen pizza with more flavor and better texture. I cannot believe this place exists in prime real estate in downtown Los Altos. What a weird world. How can this place stay open?
