I hate waiting and this place can get pretty packed. But the workers here are top notch. For the most part they try to get you in and out. Their attitudes reflect there high productivity. Other places similar, you may end up waiting hours!!!

they work from 7 in the morning, and they let you into the yard at 9 in the morning. I don’t know who came up with it, but it seems to me that this is the initiative of a security guard who is bored and comes up with new rules.like a “guard symptom”)

Don't believe the reviews, this place doesn't take forever to load. I dropped off my trailer and drove to the TA in Ontario for a 10 hour reset only to miss a phone call it was ready in the middle of the night. Very nice people and and easy yard to maneuver around.

These clowns at Forward Air sent us somebody else's pallet, they mislabeled our actual shipment AND shipped it out of the country, to Panama! This was supposed to go to Chicago. Now it appears they wont even take responsibility and are too busy pointing fingers at others involved over who should pay for it to be returned. Its been 18 days now since our shipment went missing and nobody at this company cares or wants to take responsibility for their epic gigantic screw up. Have turned it over to our attorney for legal proceedings and lawsuit.

Appointment was at 7:45 am, checked in 5:10am and got door right away. 3 hour unloading. Good.

First time picking up at Foward Air had a great experience every one was polite and helpful from security guards at gates and office staff. Arrived at 6:45pm checked in dropped trailer was able to park on property got called at 11:30pm load was ready full trailer floor to ceiling.

I came to drop trailer for preloading they told me come back after 3 hours and then went back after 3 hours dropped trailer and left the parking after 30 minutes they cancelled load
