Marcie works wonders: Manifest your perfect house, she said.... a few weeks later, she had our perfect house secured! It's a highly desirable home which we thought would be impossible to secure, but thanks to Marcie's warm and professional approach along with so many years of valuable experience through differing markets, she did nailed the impossible: our offer was not one of the highest but it was accepted!
After this, selling our former home ASAP was a bit of a challenge during the unknowns of peak Covid times, but we took Marcie's advice every step of the way and secured the amount we were hoping for.
Very useful extras that we'd recommend when working with Marcie: contact her well in advance of putting your home on the market; she has a great plan of action on how to get your home ready, as well as knowing the right people to fix things up at a low cost. Marcie is simply the best realtor I have ever come across. When we bought our house in 2021, we had to use several realtors to explore different regions and Marcie was clearly the most dedicated, most communicative, and most knowledgeable. She happily assisted with tasks that are beyond what most realtors would help with, including our mortgage, due diligence, etc. After we closed, Marcie stayed in contact with us and we've consulted her on several things including renovation, repair, and even asked her about our property taxes. What I particularly appreciate about Marcie's approach is that she is focused on her client's best interest and would never push for something she didn't genuinely believe was a good fit, even if that means she'll lose a sale.
