We were very pleased with Art Couriers. I worked with Jan, who was very knowledgeable, informative and responsive. He walk me through each step of the process from pick up, to delivery to the Netherlands. He explained how their crates are custom-made with heat-treated wood, ensuring durability and compliance with international shipping standards. The day of pickup, their team came in prepared to wrap each piece, efficiently and quickly, before transporting them to their warehouse to be crated. They very kindly worked with our timeline, and our art arrived, as promised, in a beautifully constructed crate. We thank Jan and his team, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to store and/or ship their art work.

Amazing company! I recently moved out of state and had 28 pieces of art that needed to come with me -- including a three-dimensional piece that was not simple or easy to pack. Still they nailed it and the piece arrived in perfect condition! (As did all the other pieces, of course!) They did the work expertly, with each piece getting its own custom packing. And they did it fast too! Jan and her team offer excellent customer service and communication and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them.

Finally found a company that gives us peace of mind and makes things a little easier to ship. We were moving out of state and had a painting that was of very high sentimental value to us which we didn’t want to get damaged if it got packed along with all the other things in the moving truck. We had never shipped artwork before, but Dmitry and Jan made the whole process very straightforward. Our painting was packaged very carefully in a custom crate that honestly seemed pretty indestructible to me. It took us forever to actually get it open- which I think is a testament to how thoroughly packaged and protected our artwork was! Highly recommend these guys if you’re wanting safe transport of your artwork. Pricing was very reasonable as well!

Dmitry and his team were awesome from the start of the process to the arrival of my art. I had a small window in the middle of torrential downpours to drop six pieces of art, Dmitry was so helpful and responsive leading up to my arrival. When the crate arrived, I could tell it was well built and the packing of each piece was done with such care. I will use them again and recommend 5/5!

I highly recommend them. I was shipping artworks internationally for the first time, and it was a bit stressful and exhausting. Dmitry and Jan from Art Couriers were very responsive, worked around a lot of special considerations, and explained everything very clearly and effectively. Most importantly, they were manifestly more honest and straightforward than the other shippers I looked into. I can assure you that a. I don’t know them personally and b. I usually never review here unless something particularly good or bad happened. All I know is that I was worried about getting a lot of paintings abroad and that they successfully helped me navigate everything and made the whole experience much less of a pain. I wish all businesses had this much integrity.
