The berries and cream cookie has 1 blueberry and maybe a tsp of sauce. The smores cookie has no marshmellow on top at all. I don't know how they thought it was ok to box this up and hand it to me. We don't get crumble very often because the closest one is 40 minutes away so I am super let down that I spent $20 on these cookies and recieved this.

I placed an order for curbside pick up. It was pouring rain so I was thankful I did curbside. I waited for 10 minutes after I text I was “here” and nobody came out. This was 9am in the morning and there were no other customers. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside. There were 2 workers and no customers and my order was just sitting on the counter. I asked them if they had planned to bring out my order. They said they didn’t know it was curbside. Very frustrating. I had even given a tip online which I wish I hadn’t.

I don't get the hype, not worth it. It was pricey and too sweet for a strawberry shortcake cookie I would not come here again

Amazing variety each week and always something new and yummy! The cookies are made with real ingredients and don’t taste artificial. They are soft and delicious! The staff is always friendly and the cookies are freshly made to order. 4 stars because they sell out so fast!

These cookies are for the ones with a 'very' sweet tooth. This weeks flavors were a bit disappointing for us. The orange one was pretty sweet, the cookies and cream was also too sweet, the biscoff one was dry and crumbly, and the pink chocolate one was egh. These cookies are generally more on the sweeter side. Have more than 1 and you're going to get an upset stomach. Overall, the cookies are soft and smell amazing but just too sweet.

I have been here a few times and the cookies are always great. The service could be better, especially since they ask for what amounts to a 40% tip at minimum. To throw a cookie in a box? Lol, no. I used to wait tables and the stuff l had to put up with for 20%. Tips are for people providing a service, not simply doing their jobs.
