Let me start by saying I never go online and post anything. It’s a gigantic waste of time, but this shop has wasted more time than I could quantify. The people in the shop take ignoring customers to a new height. Eight months ago I brought in pictures of all the dimensions of thickness and boring spacing and spent 600 bucks on custom hardware that they swore would fit my door. spent eight months calling every week begging To get the job completed as I had no locks on my front door. They strung me along with a different answer and a different idea and a different plan over and over. One day I talked to three different people, and none of them called me back. And the condescending office lady who answers the phone. Nick, the guy who never shows up even though he said he’s going to be coming any day and I don’t remember the other guy . And in the end told me they could not get the custom hardware for For my cheap Hundred dollar door. Seems to be that anybody that knew anything about Door hardware would’ve been able to give me the answer the first week. By far above and beyond the worst service I’ve ever had from any vendor let alone something as simple as door hardware. To anybody reading this, the same thing that happened to me could happen to you also. Roll the dice.
