I have placed my orders with green frog by phone for almost 4 yrs . I spend about $500 a month plus tips i Allways tip drivers 15 to 20 bucks , there menu dosnt show thc level s on all there stuff ,who buys weed not knowing thc level s ,know they don't take calls blocked me and don't deliver to my area all of a sudden. New managementWhat a slap in the face !!!! I will also will inform about 20 people that I have turned on to this place !!!!most of its out doors Anyways

Very disappointed in delivery service this afternoon waited 4 hours and they could have said they won't be able to deliver, by my 3rd call checking in on order something seemed awry, green frog you just lost 3 customers. Shame shame

I absolutely love this delivery they always get my order right never had one problem ever delivery was always on time the drivers are awesome and couldn't have asked for more. Their products are great and they have a lot of different brands that I like I highly recommend placing an order and try out the Ice Cube Good Day Kush it's infused with distillate by Cavalier Gold and you must try the Hastag it's flower covered in keep and diamonds 💎 I could keep going the bud tenders ate knowledgeable and the vibes are chill 😎.!!!!

Once my order was placed, very quick response and friendly driver. Great price on concentrates, and I appreciate the variety!

My only complaint is with the ordering process online. I am technically within delivery area of two locations, so I started an order with one location and it wasn't until the final "process order" button was clicked before I was notified the location I chose did not deliver to my area... When I chose another location, it was the same menu, I just had to delete my cart and start all over. It would have been easier for me as the customer to have you all decide where my order needed to come from. Hopefully this is something you can easily streamline. 🙂
