This is the second time we have been forced to use this company for delivery from Lowes. Once again they have failed to deliver our item sas scheduled. Our item was scheduled to be delivered 9/10 between 11-3pm At about 2:30pm we received and email that the delivery was behind schedule. At 7:30pm we called DSI inquiring about the scheduled delivery. The operator put us on hold to see if she could track down her drivers. She returned on the line saying she didn’t know what to tell us and could not locate her drivers. She asked us if we wanted to reschedule, but we stated we wanted to know where our items were. She put us on another hold and within 30 seconds, she magically found out that our items were delivered back to Lowes. Obviously this is frustrating because we have waited around all day and did not receive a call or notice that they were not delivering our items. Since we have played this game before with this horrible company, we requested if we can pick up our items ourselves. She said yes and transferred us to Lowes. Why Lowes continues to contract with DSI is beyond me. They have an “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau and are not a Better Business Bureau accredited business. Beware. I do not recommend using this company.

Installed new washer and dryer I purchased from Lowe’s. This was on a Saturday and did not use them. Went into adjacent bedroom on Sunday and found 1/3 of room was flooded. Called Plummer and he found three washer connections leaking. Went to Lowe’s the next day to get my money to pay the Plummer. Lowe’s stated they could not help me. I would have to call DSI. I spent all day Monday trying to get through to them. When I finally got someone to answer, they to my problem and said their settlement group would call me back. Week later and no call back. Lowe’s should have thought twice before out sourcing their installation to DSI. Think twice be for buying anything that requires a install from Lowe’s. I am now out $250.00.

They deliver for Lowes called me today and said we are 5 stops away and wanted to confirm I would be around. 6 hours later a no show. I call DSI and they said Lowes called the delivery back. I called the manager at Lowes and was told they have so many issues with DSI. I said what I was told by DSI and would conference them in on a call. It is said when the Lowes employee tells me they are terrible company and it wont help and they will have to have someone else get back to me in the morning. DSI for logistics would be a hard pass. It is a shame Lowes continues to use them know how bad they are.

What a joke... promised delivery on 6/9, which occurred on time but minus a portion of my order. Received text for balance of delivery on 6/10 between 10 & 2, and after several phone calls, was informed at 5:15 my order was not going to be delivered and was rescheduled for 6/12 , but wouldn't know the time until the evening of 6/11. Take a day off work for a scheduled delivery, no problem, take another day off work for an additional scheduled delivery for the balance of my order and it doesn't happen; F'd Up! Called Lowes to speak with store Mgr.,who was gone for the day and was promised a return call from the Asst Mgr., which never happened. I'll be paying Lowes a visit tomorrow. Lowes needs to find another delivery option as DSI is highly mediocre at best. We'll see if Lowes can do the right thing and compensate for sub-par performance.

The worst delivery & customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased an item for delivery from Lowes and was scheduled for 4/07 between 9:30AM-2:30PM. This was confirmed the night prior and was told that I would be receiving a call 30 minutes prior to delivery.

The next day, around 2:30PM, I call DSi to check in on my delivery and they tell me that they would look into it and call me back. A few hours go by and I never receive a call back so I call them back for updates, and now they tell me that the driver reported that there was a refusal.

I was home all day and did not meet with any driver or see any delivery truck come by. I call DSi again to see where my item is and see what can be done, and they keep telling me that they will call me back with updates.

About the 4th time I call back the DSi service rep (if you want to call her that) finally tells me that there will be no delivery for me today, and that I need to call Lowes to reschedule, since I purchased through them.

I inform her that Lowe's has requested me to do the same and she tells me that they will "take my word for it" and manually reschedule me. She then tells me that since its a manual entry I will not be receiving any confirmation notice or anything, but they might be able to send me a text message.

This place delivery service is a joke. Hopefully I get my item tomorrow in one piece.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES !!!!!!!! If I can give this establishment 0 stars I honestly would! Something as simple as a refrigerator delivery turn into a exhausting and unnecessary nightmare. From the drivers, call center workers, dispatchers all the way to Management needs to be fired! Unprofessional isn’t even the word for how our experience was with them. I urge you guys to not use them for any deliveries, please find another company. The drivers came offloaded the new refrigerator and took our old one as we’re waiting for them to come back inside to put the new one in we noticed THEY LEFT! They didn’t unwrap it, inspect it and we didn’t sign any papers (which later we found out they forged our paperwork & told the company they didn’t take our old fridge) saying we received anything. We immediately called DSI & Lowe’s, DSI answered and the dispatcher at 1st seemed shocked but kept saying they couldn’t get a hold of the drivers. (Weird) from 3:45-8:30pm this issue was going on. With countless trips back n fourth to Lowe’s to numerous phone conversations to DSI nothing was resolved until 8:30pm. DSI kept hanging up on us, they laughed about the situation when telling us they we’re gonna put us on hold to look into the issue, 1 of the reps said “ just tell them the truck broke down to get them off the phone.” Like I never in my life experienced such unnecessary HORRENDOUS customer service. We we’re told they we’re coming and they never showed. I can go on and on about how it was an inconvenience and everything we had to endure yesterday but I wrote this because I don’t want any1 to experience what we had to go thru and please just pay some1 else to deliver your items!

Horrible company. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! Two days now we have been rescheduled. The help service seems nice but gets nothing done. Each time they say they will call me back they done. Contacted the driver and he say he’d be here in 27 minutes. It’s been 5 hours and no one is answering anything. Highly HIGHLY recommend Lowe’s never use this company again.

They gave a 30 minute notice for delivery then packed up after 11 minutes as i was arriving. Then argued about the fact that they couldn’t deliver the items longer than it would have taken to actually install the items.

The customer service department has been easy to deal with, but when they say they’ll call you back, they don’t mean it.
