Exceptional! This is the best storage facility of all-so much better than a storage unit! On top of that, Tyler and Sam are super great! They were always accommodating and allowed access to my unit even when I didn't give notice.
Tyler went above and beyond to help me with my move. He is always kind, personable, and professional. And I moved back and out of California twice! Highly recommend and wouldn't go any place else.

Last year we suffered through a kitchen remodel and flooring replacement after a water leak, and the insurance contractor used a UNITS portable storage unit to hold our household goods while the flooring was done. That worked out great, so when we decided to upgrade our garage and needed to store a bunch of stuff from shelves so drywall could be installed to finish the garage, I found out from the contractor the name of the company again and contacted UNITS. We got a great price, delivery was as promised, as was the pickup and drive away. Very happy with the service!!

Great business to work with! They were very responsive and kept track of all the details of my move while storing my stuff for a couple of months while I was in-transition. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Sam and Tyler at Units were extremely helpful, super flexible, understanding and always ready to help. John the driver was really kind and professional and his precision getting our container where we needed it placed was great. This is a great company with a great old school approach to customer service service. The prices are extremely competitive as well. Oh finally I am a nerd and the equipment these guys use is cutting edge. They use a remote controlled "robot" to place your unit super fun to watch. Also, when loading off and on the truck the container stays horizontal. I've seen other units use a ramp and cable and feared my stuff would be jostled. Not the case here. These guys mean business and you can tell by how they have invested in their business I wish I could give 10 stars. Very very happy.

Of all the folks we worked with on this massive remodel, UNITS were most consistently clear, on time, as expected, with the best price. They've been easy to get ahold of and showed up as expected every time. Tyler connected us with a nice efficient moving team and they have all been wonderful to work with. We're super happy with the job they did and if we need local storage again in the future will definitely work with them and recommend them to our neighbors. I'd take a picture, but they already picked up the unit and whisked it away (it was new/clean inside and out and all our stuff stayed dry and exactly how we put it in there 2 years ago)!

Understanding that there are a lot of people moving out of Sacramento and storage and moving options are limited, after a number of calls with larger and more established storage unit businesses, UNITS was not only the best price and service, but they were flexible and willing to work around a very challenging calendar for our move. They provided 2 well maintained large Units on the days that we requested them, were prompt and polite when retrieving them and took good care of our property while they were in storage for 3 weeks. Their personnel were nice, courteous and accommodating to a person and I always felt like our property was in good hands. Should I ever have need of storage or moving services again, they will be my first call.

Hired UNITS Moving & Portable Storage for a move in the Sacramento area. They provided a quote quickly for move and storage and were comparable to other companies. The staff were all friendly. I appreciate that they were up front about pricing and moving item rentals. They were flexible when I had to change the pick up date. Once dropped off, all our stuff was in place and nothing was damaged. Would recommend!
