The staff is super friendly and in the office 7 days a week if I need help with anything. The facility is really clean and well lit at night. The hours I can access my unit are better than any other facility I've ever used. They even have smart units with Storage Defenders now so for a few extra dollars a month I get notified if there's any activity in my unit. Although it's very unlikely of that happening, it gives me great peace of mind. I would highly recommend this place!

This storage facility is located near my home, so it's easily accessible when I need something out of my unit. The staff here are very friendly. The facility is very clean and well managed. I moved into a brand new unit at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs a little more storage.

Your corporate attitude is horrible. There is no personal service The Employees are great and provide great customer service but they can only do what the CORPORATE god's ALLOW THEM TO. I think the its ran by a bad REIT's Real Estate Investment firm When it was Hammer lane Self Storage they were a great company with excellent service and rented from them for 6 years. I'm ready to leave in a few months. The property not maintained the same. But the location is great.

I was very happy putting my items at West Coast Storage Stockton. It's a safe and clean place. The Manager and her assistant are courteous, respectful and professional. If I ever need a storage again, I will definitely go back to West Coast Storage Stockton.

If you want your property to be remain safe and secure, use a different storage company! My unit was broken into and it was clearly visible. I was never notified and they wouldn’t review camera footage.

If you don’t want your stuff stolen don’t rent a unit here. We have been at this location for over 10yrs and since the new owners or managers whoever took over there has been LOTS of break ins. We found out today day before thanksgiving that one of our units was broken into. They went thru the next door unit cut the wall and went into ours. The next door neighbors is our good friend. That’s how we found out not cuz the facility let us know! They broke his door lock and cut thru to ours stole tons of his stuff and we haven’t even been able to see ours yet as we don’t live there anymore. Our friend informed them and they said they never catch anyone on camera. They have CUT thru walls and the roof! They have on-site manager. They don’t hear any of this going on in the quiet of the night? There used to be alarms on the units and they cut that service. Raised rates recently thru the roof! I 100% think it’s the management or someone management is working with! Why wouldn’t you fix points of entry that you know about? Why won’t they look at the cameras? And they said to our friend it’s been happening. So why wouldn’t you get security then? Sounds like an inside job to me. We will be making a full in detail police report and asking the police to request all footage. It’s not okay. We pay ALOT of money to have our things there and expect it to be safe as can be! This is neglect of the management and ownership. And they aren’t taking any measures to fix these issues for their customers only reason could be they are involved!!! It would not surprise me if all the stolen stuff from all the units are in another unit there. So to re cap if you value your things DO NOT store them here!
