If I could give a no stars rating I would! This facility is the absolute worst I have ever seen and I have a logistics background. I am 3 for 3 this year for packages being several days past their original scheduled delivery date. I have two that are now lost. One of which that has been in transit for 10+ days and the trip was only 35 miles from shipper to me. Escalation teams keep saying they will call me back but never do. They don't care about your packages or helping you. I will never purchase from someone who ships through FedEx again!

The absolute slowest shipping service ever!!! Three times now my package has missed its ETA or simply gone missing. All this time I thought the movie Castaway was about Tom Hanks being stranded while working for FedEx. It's actually the story of what happens to your package if you use this company ‍♂️.

I'm extremely disappointed with FedEx Ground. I called TWICE and spoke too tow different customer service representatives to make a report about a package that was delivered to my house and it DOES NOT belong to me and they said a representative suppose to call me back and still NO ONE has called me back and now it’s been over a WEEK!!! Poor customer service!!!

Absolutely the most terrible and slowest service, my package was supposed to come in on May 30th but it was moved to June 2nd! From now on, UPS is my go-to for shipping

Fedex ground comes to a screeching halt when it reaches home delivery. Can't track and takes as long locally as across the country with regular ground. Terrible !!

They lost my package. They don't have a phone number listed, for help. They delivered another package, and didn't mention where they put it. I don't know if it was stolen, or given to a neighbor, or what.
