Excellent service from start to finish! I have to admit, after reading these reviews I was a little nervous about my shipment. My shipment was picked up on time in Ohio and shipped 2,400 miles to California. Shipment arrived on time at my residence and was in perfect condition. The driver that put it in my driveway was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Roadrunner again!! 5 star service!!!!

Hey, listen up. If you don't wanna get stuck here for like a whole day, avoid this place. It took them almost 19 hours to unload a single palletized load. And guess what? They only have two restrooms, and one of them is out of service. The other one has a faucet that doesn't work. Come on, man. If you can't unload a truck quickly, at least fix your restrooms. Avoid this place at all costs, trust me.

Wow. BEWARE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so beyond frustrated and saddened by my experience with RoadRunner Freight. I purchased a beautiful mid century dresser from Etsy to be delivered June 6th before our move to a new home. The dresser did not arrive by the date (which I understood with he state of our country right now), although I was disappointed. I called to find out where it was, but I waited on the phone for an hour only to be told "they will call me to schedule the delivery" since I changed the address it needed to go (which was their fault in the first place). So I waited. Did not receive a call within two days, so I call again, and wait through the dreaded phone hold this company is clearly known for. I speak to someone again - once again get told I just have to wait. I reach out the Etsy seller I bought the dresser from. They are now in contact with Roadrunner and they will handle it from here. Wait a couple days..Get an email that says that I need to contact someone who has my dresser, call then and spend 2-3 days just trying to steal to this person through phone tag. Finally speak to the person at the freight location of the dresser only to find out - my dresser isn't there! It's at a completely different location, that just so happens to be even closer to where I live. Finally call them to schedule the delivery. Delivery is scheduled and set for today (17 days PAST the original delivery date). I'm beyond excited to finally have my beautiful, delicate, mid-century dresser delivered. The dresser shows up 30 minutes ago. BOTH sides of legs on my dresser are COMPLETELY torn off. The guy literally handed me one of the legs, and told me it was just hanging there. I am beyond updated, frustrated, and disappointed with my experience.
NEVER have your item shipped through these people, they truly could care less about your item, and the headache you will absolutely endure to talk to anyone from this company is enough to turn you away. I truly hope no one experiences what we've been though with Roadrunner Freight.

It’s been 2 weeks since i ordered my shipment, took 48 hours to get unloaded, supposedly outt for delivery since friday, the terminal won’t pick up no calls, customer service can’t get me a hold of them either to the point where i gotta almost beg for them to deliver something that i have paid off, this company is so unprofessional, never using this company again. i’m hoping this shipment gets here tomorrow because one week waiting for my shipment is unbelievable.

I am having an absolute NIGHTMARE with Roadrunner Freight. I have lost thousands of dollars in lost income. (I'm self employed so when I do not work I lose income.) They said they’d deliver Monday, Thursday, and today, Friday. I cancelled all of my appointments in my clinic and hired 2 movers to sit with me during all three delivery windows and they never came nor called.

They never call me to tell me it’s not coming or to reschedule. I have had to chase them. Every phone call is at least an hour between waiting and inquiring. When I call them they say "It's on it's way" and at the end of the day, “Oh, it didn’t make it on the truck today.” Why wouldn't they call me in the morning and let me know? Clearly they have organizational issues.

I have called them several times. There doesn't seem to be a desire to make this delivery or any understanding about how many people they are affecting by saying they're coming when they are not. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company they gave me the mangers name and number-Eric and the number doesn't work.

I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. "Consistent, reliable, on-time service" is an absolute lie. I have lost THREE days of income, they don't seem to care, and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight.

I will never purchase a product that uses this company again. It's just not worth it.

When my order arrived it was still packaged well and no damage was done to the item.

Experience depends they can unload you same day or it can take 3 days. You can’t do anything about it. I would not deliver here anymore almost got stuck here for long 4th of July holiday weekend.

From the phone customer service to the delivery, Roadrunner delivered (no pun intended:). I got a courtesy call to schedule the delivery window (they ask for a 4 hour window) the day prior. The furniture item is huge so I was stressing about what curbside delivery meant because my office is on a busy city street. The delivery dude, Kevin, both called and texted with a 20 minute advance notice which was helpful because I was seeing clients that day and needed to schedule that in (if only Roadrunner delivered on the weekend). What’s make this review a solid 5 star is how humble, kind, generous, careful, and mighty he was with my big couch. He basically knew how to maneuver this couch up the office building driveway and then up several stars and then into my office (which wasn’t even the preplanned agreement). He was also just genuine and seemed to really care which you don’t often find nowadays in lines of work that can often be stressful/more pressure on the line with delicate things plus anxious/fearful/controlling customers. Thank you so much Kevin as much of these 5 stars are for you!!

My experience with Roadrunner Freight so far. Yes, they are supposed to be lockers, and yes, they are supposed to be square / rectangular. Delivery refused.
