I have nothing but great things to say about working with JR and the team. I recently finished importing a second vehicle from Japan (for personal use), and this was my first time using Marine Air Land as a broker. JR answered every question I had (and I had what I would consider an excessive amount) and would always get back to me within a timely manner. He never sounded frustrated with me or got angry despite my constant calls and emails. JR helped me through the process of getting the proper paperwork filed for my vehicle, and his team coordinated everything with me and the port (NY/NJ) for a swift and simple pickup. I was even able to register my car and drive it home from the port (you are able to do that in NY if you have the paperwork, which the Marine Air Land team provided, again, in a timely fashion). I'm incredibly happy with their service and their pricing. I've used a different company for my previous imported car, but if I were to do everything again, I would 100% go with Marine Air Land from the start. I couldn't be happier with this company's service and I would highly recommend them for anyone, especially people who are newer to this process (sorry JR) 🙂

I imported a car from Japan and JR and his team took care of everything from the port clearance, documents, registration process, and even transport to my residence, truly a pleasure to work with and worth every penny, if youre looking to import a car to the states use marineairland and make it simple for yourself. First time importer here. I'm a game designer and I had my first board game manufactured in China. I had ZERO clue what I was doing with regard to importing games into the US and I just feel so fortunate that I stumbled onto JR and his team.

I mean honestly it was pretty amazing. From the first phone call JR put me at ease. He walked me through the process and didn't seem rushed or anything. Then from there they pretty much took care of EVERYTHING shipping related. And talk about responsive. I knew I was a rookie but JR was always super responsive. Maybe 3 hours tops between when I would ask a question or inquire about something until JR would email me back.

I do want to admit that I did not 'shop around'. So I have no clue or reference as to how competitive they are with regard to cost. After the first phone conversation I was like 'these are the guys I'm using'. So it may be that shipping and importing can be done at a lower cost using some other method or company. I really don't know. But for me I'm sold. And unless someone offers me the same service and worry-free experience at half the cost (extremely doubtful) I plan on continuing to use Marine Air Land international Services well into the foreseeable future.
