WARNING

Both of my sofas are severely damaged. I paid big money for shipping specifically for my sofas. to ensure they arrived safely, but now my money is gone, and my sofas are ruined. I also noticed that the packaging had been changed—it was supposed to keep the sofas neat and secure, yet when they arrived, the shape of the packaging was completely different, as if they had been thrown down from somewhere. One of my valuable wall arts which was about $10000 is MISSING.
