These guys have been here twice. Both times they were on time, well coordinated and courteous. I bought the wrong recliner last time. The regional manager Patrick took great care of me and found exactly what I wanted. The pick up of the first and delivery went smooth. Very satisfied. Thank you.

The two gentlemen who delivered my chair were respectful, quick, knowledgeable and through. They brought in the chair, quickly took apart our old chair and took it out and then they put together and placed it where I wanted it. They took all trash and the old chair. The were in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient.

Good timing, efficient. I asked for a manual. He said they didn't have one. I would like to know the make, model of our recliners (x2) so I can program the wireless remote.

1 Star is too high of a rating for this company and their customer service. The delivery guys were great and they were even taken back by the way Janelle talked to me. As a customer I have never been so insulted by her making comments over my husbands health issues. I will never purchase from a store that has this company has a delivery service. And this goes for the rest of my family and their buainesses.

Had a scheduled delivery between 10AM and 1PM and they didn't show up. Zero communication. Can't call customer service because it seems to be a single individual's voicemail and their mailbox is full, of course. Why the furniture company works with these people, I dont understand.

The delivery truck blocked the driveway. The driver didn’t left any contact information to be reached. And the company’s number is useless, nobody answered the call, the mailbox was full.
