I do not recommend using this company for your shipping needs due to their lack of communication and poor customer service. I booked asteroid express to ship a small slab of marble. They were given a clear description and picture of the item, but when they arrived, they found the item to be too heavy to handle with 2 men. Although they should have been better prepared, I understood and agreed to cancel. What has been frustrating is how Adrian handled the refund. First he said it would be a $30 cancellation fee. I said fine. Then he said the fee would be 35% of the overall cost, which I argued. Over a week went by with no response from Adrian and no refund. When he finally refunded me, he charged me a $60 fee, which is neither 35% nor $30. He never responded to any of my emails and was unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Further, the cancellation charges are is not listed on their website, so how was this even decided upon? Take your business to a more established company that will adhere to their stated policies.

I needed a very important part delivered to me same day from Sant Fe Springs. The issue was that it needed to go to Fresno, which is where I am located. I am not familiar with any courier services in the LA area. I called and spoke to at least three delivery services and had to make a decision within 20 minutes. Asteroid was not the cheapest, however, I heard over the phone professionalism and confidence that they could get the job done.

They executed perfectly, communication was good and they hit there delivery and pick up times I could not have made a better choice. Thanks Asteroid Express.

We needed a same-day service with a somewhat early delivery and they made it happen and at a very reasonable price!
I called them at 10am, they picked up my document by 11am and had it delivered by noon (1 hour later).
Great customer service and really efficient.
