First and only time using a meal prep service, and was loyal for a year. Overall, I was impressed. Lost 15 pounds I didn't know I had in a few weeks and slowly put half of it back on in muscle.

Meals were great. As an anti-microwaver, I heated nearly every meal in a skillet and could not tell I was eating (essentially) leftovers. Great flavors, tender meat, and always something new. High-quality ingredients, and I was never bogged down after a meal. Cannot recall any issues from any of my 300+ of meals.

Everything was good. I'm not huge on fish, but I always get one for the joints, and they were always delicious. Sear that salmon in the skillet with those blistered tomatoes, mmmmmm.

And those breakfast brownies, my gosh.....

The meals come fresh, but they freeze well if needed. Stir the cream sauces well, and they'll sprout back to life.

Juices were good, too. Seemed expensive, but I stuck with them because my gut health noticeably improved when taking them. I'd drink half of one here, half there to spread the nutrients out. Ghost pepper juice is oddly irresistible...and my wife loved the beet juice. Honestly, they were all a treat.

If there are any potential drawbacks, I would say some meals are slightly overpriced (at full price) and I'd occasionally question the protein content claims, but when you factor in the loyalty program, quality of meals, and your gians, MPS is a good value overall.

Their app and site are OK (easy to use and improving), and their ticket center can be a little wonky, but they always handled any rare issue I had to my satisfaction.

Thanks MPS Team for helping me get shredded like a bag of cheese. If I wasn't moving 2700 miles away, I'd still be with yinz!

Some people must really have it tough to leave such bad reviews for an awesome meal prep business. That’s why, as both a business owner and a consumer, I never pay attention to those negative and bitter opinions.

I can’t say enough good things about Sunday Meal Prep! The meals are fresh, delicious, and perfectly portioned, making my busy week so much easier. The variety of options ensures there’s always something to look forward to, and everything tastes homemade with so much care. Meal Prep Sunday has exceeded my expectations! The quality of their meals is outstanding—always fresh, like they’ve just been prepared in my own kitchen. I can’t recommend Meal Prep Sunday Service highly enough! I first discovered them through a sponsored ad on Instagram (the algorithm really knew what I needed), and I decided to give them a try thanks to an amazing first-week discount. Well, it worked—because now, six months later, I’m still a loyal customer.

With my hectic and demanding work schedule, having healthy, delicious meals delivered straight to my door has been an absolute game changer. The meals aren’t just tasty—they’re fresh, flavorful, satisfying, and thoughtfully portioned. I also love that they track all the key nutritional components for me, taking the guesswork out of eating healthy. Plus, the portions are generous, which is a pleasant surprise for a meal prep service.

One of my favorite features is the ability to select my meals each week, so I always get what I’m in the mood for. On top of that, their customer service is fantastic—they were super helpful when I needed to pause my orders while traveling. We've been using Meal Prep Sunday for a couple months now, and we enjoy the service. The food options tend to be well balanced in terms of nutrition and are prepared quite well given what you might expect. The sauces, in particular, tend to be of really high quality. The meals are packaged well, which really does allow for the meals to stay completely fresh for the entire week. They're delivered conveniently and I appreciate how much time and hassle it saves us. We absolutely love the loyalty rewards they offer, which are quite generous. The prices are reasonable. When you factor in the extra value from the loyalty program, you have a winner in terms of all around value.

That said, some improvements could be made. The options each week are quite limited when presented in the breakfast/lunch/dinner subsections. I don't eat breakfast, so about one third of the options are off the table because I don't care to have a soggy corn waffle or pancake for dinner. I also don't eat seafood, so there's more options off the list for me, though I admit that I am more picky than the average consumer. If your subscription is ten or more meals, like mine is, I'm basically forced to choose multiple duplicate meals, which is a bit annoying when I'm not particularly excited about that week's remaining options.

I also find that some of the ingredients tend to be overused. For example black beans and/or blistered tomatoes tend to be thrown into almost every single dish, and pesto (which, again, is well made and tasty) also tends to be thrown in to many of the dishes even when they clearly don't belong.

That's of course assuming you get your choices in on time. I work odd hours and have forgotten to get in my choices by the cutoff. They give you tokens to use to 'unlock' the selection after the cutoff, but once you've exhausted the three tokens they give you, there is no option to earn or purchase more, which means you no longer have any recourse if you fail to lock in your choices. This is perhaps the most dismaying part of the service. I can't even buy more tokens?

On the whole, the service is very good and well worth the money. Most people aren't as picky or forgetful as me, so others will find even more value in the service than I do. I highly recommend the service.

I wanted to like this meal prep service, but after repeated delivery failures, poor customer service, and unauthorized charges, I can’t recommend them.

First, I requested a one-time delivery change, which they claim to offer, but they ignored my request without explanation. The following week, despite confirming my order multiple times, my meals never arrived. I only found out after reaching out myself, at which point they told me my order had been removed—without notifying me. I had planned my week around receiving these meals and was left scrambling last minute without food.

Customer service was unhelpful and unable to provide clear answers. They suggested impractical alternatives like delivering to my workplace (which wasn’t feasible) or delaying until the next day (which would mean spoiled food). At that point, I decided to cancel my subscription and requested that my payment information be removed. They assured me it would be—but days later, I received a new order confirmation and was charged without my consent.

This company is disorganized, unreliable, and difficult to deal with. If you need a meal prep service you can count on, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I've been loving my experience with Meal Prep Sundays! As my schedule got busier, I knew it was time to delegate meal prepping so I could reclaim some time for myself. I was hesitant at first because I didn't think I'd find a service that provided meals as fresh and tasty as what I’d cook at home. After trying a couple of other meal prep services—one felt like a glorified TV dinner, and the other was decent—I finally found Meal Prep Sundays, and it’s been a game-changer. Every meal arrives looking and tasting incredibly fresh, like something I made myself (and I enjoy cooking). I'm loving the variety in vegetables too. I’m honestly amazed at how they maintain this level of freshness; I read about their cooling process, and it clearly works. Loving the delicious meals, pressed juices, and the extra time I’ve gained.
