Great customer service is rare. Today, I set up my storage unit account at the La Habra location and Joshua communicated via text message, called and left a voicemail to make sure I can get in and out on time since it’s Sunday and office hours are shorter. I am blown away by the thoroughness, professionalism and respect I received from him. Not only over the phone, but also in person. You can tell someone takes pride in their work by the level of great customer service they provide. I am very happy.

I've rented multiple storage units from various companies and a lot of them are very similar. They either have a drive up units or good access hours, or climate controlled units, but they all more or less offer the same basic amenities. What's really hard to come by is amazing customer service, and Bob has that in spades. You can tell this is a guy that really takes pride and what he does, and goes out of his way to make customers have a fantastic experience.

Bob has been amazing in handling my storage experience. I was going through a really tough transition and when I came in and he was sympathetic, outgoing and made me smile. The whole process was very quick and smooth, and he got me the exact space I needed. Everything is drive up, and the access hours are really good here but the thing that really put it over the top was the service. You guys have a keeper. Bob is a diamond in the rough.

Not only is the location on a major street, everything is drive up, they have really reasonable access hours and I’ve always been notified if there’s any issues. The thing that really blows me away though is Bob. Bob has been there for a long time and I’ve returned more than once because I like dealing with the guy. He’s down to earth, makes you feel comfortable and really does what he can on his end to help you out. This place doesn’t feel like a corporation. It feels much more personable and I find it refreshing. A+

Just started renting at the La Habra location and I have to say the customer service and rental space is excellent. I have never seen reps be so enthusiastic / excited about storage before. They were very thorough providing details ranging from security features to providing locks and other products. Competitive pricing and service with a smile. what else could you ask for!

Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances I fell behind on my bill and Bob was extremely empathetic toward my situation and has been working with me to resolve my situation. Bob was awesome! I lost my key to my padlock and he was so helpful and generous to immediately help cut and replace. After 3 rounds with the lock, Bob prevailed!! Thanks Bob for making what was a headache to lose my key to easing the problem with swift and care!
