Brian and his team have been absolutely great to work with! I own a start-up and they have been extremely patient with us as far as a lower order volume. Shipments are almost always sent out the same day which keeps our customers happy. They are also extremely responsive whenever questions come up. Very smooth onboarding process and receiving only took 2 days.

Beware! This company lures you into signing a contract with competitive rates and once you sign and they have your merchandise in their possession they unilaterally change the agreed upon rates. If you do not agree to the new exorbitant rates they hold your merchandise hostage and Stop all operations until you pay essentially putting you out of business if you don't oblige. In my case , a few weeks after having moved in I was given an invoice of $25,000.00 for the move in charging me over 600 hrs at a rate of $40.00 an hour per man for labor I never approved. Our rate as per our contract had the move in charge of about $3500.00 not $25,000.00!! I'm a small business owner had I known the move in would be anywhere near $25,000.00 I would've never moved in but IWS’s Brian waited until the move in was done before he dropped the Bomb! As per Brian via email I was told I had to pay the invoice if not he would hold the shipment of my orders. I was forced to pay the invoice no other choice my hands were tied. After only 2 months after the move in we were charged an astronomical amount of $70,000.00 which included unauthorized charges of a full month's rent for units only having arrived at the warehouse a few days before the month end… or expenses for inflated UPS shipping charges double the agreed rates ( without mentioning almost $150 dollars for a 2 pounds box to ship second day, justified by stating that their shipping account - you are obliged to use by contract- doesn’t offer expedited shipping….). Once I realized the situation was only getting worse I came to the conclusion I had to move out or go out of business paying Brian's rate. We moved in March 2022 and we moved out in May 2022. Our move out experience was the same nightmare as the move in. We were assured that the move out would take approximately 4 days in fact it took almost 2 months….We would send trucks to pick up pallets at the warehouse and Brian would return our trucks empty (at our expense of course) claiming he was not ready with no prior notice to us.
