They were supposed to deliver by 1 pm today, but they called me at 12:30 pm to “schedule a delivery.” Now, it won’t be until tomorrow. They could’ve called earlier in the morning or the day before to schedule. Let’s see what BS excuse they give me tomorrow when they don’t deliver. Only gave one star because I had to.

For years, we have the best experience with Hollywood Delivery for large shipments from Los Angeles. The drivers are ALWAYS friendly and courteous, the deliveries are on time, and the dispatch staff is very helpful. I think we often forget to post about the companies that provide the best service in Southern California - and Hollywood is in that category. Keep up the good work!

Will NEVER use again. They delivered some umbrellas today, & driver was a jerk. Had another truck in the loading dock, told him we would be 5 minutes, & the guy dropped the pallet on the ground & left rather than wait the 5 minutes to get them unloaded ON the dock properly. THE WORST! If I had gotten his name I would have put it on here. He was even rude to the other 2 delivery drivers. Horrible reflection on the company.

Best delivery company our there drivers go above and beyond expectations for your delivery. Hands down really cheap crazy cheap prices but very good. Yaahhh.

I will never again will we use this company. Their drivers lie and they left our trade show equipment at the Anaheim convention center. The driver grew tired of waiting because he showed up 3 hours earlier than he should have. They then charged us for showing up early and then lied to say that Freeman told him our equipment would not be ready till Monday. The trade show hall has to be empty by Saturday. DO NOT USE HOLLYWOOD DELIVERY!!!!

Worst delivery service there is. No need to leave a contact number to make sure you recieve you product because the the drivers will do whatever they want and let anyone sign for your goods. Thats if they take it to the correct address. If your given a time frame expect a hour or three later. Drop anywhere and go should be the company slogan. Sue to there negligence deadlines weren't met and possibly delayed project.
