I have an OLD 27” iMac from 2017 that still does everything that I need it to do. I developed a problem with the display that caused the display to randomly shut off. Research led me to believe that the problem was the LED backlight driver board. I thought the iMac was toast at that point but further research led me to DV Warehouse. Their EXCELLENT online help tool allowed me to find and order the correct “refurbished” board for my old machine at a very reasonable price. Watching a few YouTube videos allowed me to install the new board easily. My iMac is now back up and running like new again!
I am VERY pleased with the service, the speedy shipping, the communication, and the product that I received from DV Warehouse. It just doesn’t get any better than that!

I realize that with fires in L.A. things are kinda wonky, but I never received notification the item shipped nor did I receive a tracking number. I've always received that in the past so I didn't know whether the item shipped or whether the fires were delaying things. Product is fantastic though! Otherwise this would be a 5 out of 5.

I found DV Warehouse through eBay and ordered a refurbished 2013 Mac Pro which arrived quickly and is in pristine condition. I am upgrading my older iMac. Shipping from DV Warehouse was quick and secure using Fedex which required my signature. I'm a first time customer but would recommend these guys for your computer needs.

I was in dire need of a MacBook pro charger replacement for an older version MacBook & stopped at DV Warehouse, where they have the most favorable prices & well stocked MacBook accessories you will always find here. Athough they were packing up to relocate to their new location, Carol - who I can tell was overwhelmed from packing - STILL GRACIOUSLY went to locate the charger adapter I needed and accommodated me with great customer service & "favor"!!! I will always be a returning customer at DV WAREHOUSE!

I do not recommend DV Warehouse. They sent me a clearly used part listed as new in a box that still has an RMA sticker from the previous customer or repair. They don't provide any return label so you have to pay for return shipping. The support team said the part is the right part and is new just with a different part number then what is even listed on their site. Will never buy from these people again.

Received non-working item yet am required to pay postage for return. They are not bidding for my return business!
After contact with DV Warehouse I found I misunderstood the process and will not be charged for the shipping. Thery have been very responsive to my issue of a non-working item. I am very pleased with their response.

My experience has been that DV Warehouse handles online orders very quickly. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. This is the second time I ordered an older Mac. The ones I received work perfectly and look like brand new. Tech Support also granted by request to upgrade the OS one notch before mailing it to me. Thank you!
