Amanda and Janice are great and friendly customer service reps. Juan is a great dispatcher. Our drivers that usually come here, Luis and Miguel, are nice and do a great job.

Submitted an order for a pick up & delivery that is really important. Noticed no one had come to pick up at time frame we were told. Let my dad know and he called to see what was wrong. Not only did Taylor have an attitude since she answered but was not in the mood to help. She said “Sir that’s not enough info for me to look up your order” my dad had to ask can you look it up with the company name I just told you? That magically was enough info..but then stated no order was placed. We were then transferred to Sydney, who my dad originally placed this order with this morning. She kept interrupting and also had attitude then said she can’t help us until Monday...they just don’t care here. Only person we like there who is great is Juan. Very upset this order has a deadline, should have gone to UPS from the beginning..
