My roommates & I rented a storage unit from StorageMart on Clayton rd & I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible. Rachael was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the rental process and answering all my questions.

Overall, I highly recommend going to Rachael for anyone in need of storage solutions. Great service, excellent facilities, and peace of mind—what more could you ask for? Five stars!

Last week I went to StorageMart thinking that it was going to be complicated and dreading the process but thankfully I found Tim who was so helpful and made everything so easy. I got everything that I was promised and in a very promptly manner. So far so good. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs an extra place for storage. They have several different sizes for everyone’s needs, I only needed something small for the extra stuff that don’t fit in my apartment and Tim found just the perfect size.

i just opened a new storage unit at the facility on Clayton Road. Yes, i am very happy with my unit, and i got a great deal on the price. The facility is clean, and well maintained.
My only complaints are: The customer bathroom seems to never be unlocked, and it's really inconvenient. Especially if you've been driving for a long time, and you arrive to unload things at storage, but the bathroom is NEVER unlocked. Aside from the very first day last week, i have never been able to use the bathroom. That is my biggest complaint.
The other issue was with the gentleman whom works in the office. While i was signing up last week as a new customer, he was very rude. Even while he was giving me a tour of the property, he kept making little comments that were certainly not friendly, and he looked really irritated with me for absolutely no reason. Perhaps he wasn't expecting a new customer right before closing time, or perhaps he just has a general hatred towards all women. But I've been working in Customer Service for nearly 30 years, and i was very polite to him. i certainly didn't do anything to deserve such an obviously fowl attitude. i almost walked away, but i knew i needed to get the storage for moving, so i tolerated his behavior. Also, i don't want to be insensitive if I'm simply unaware that maybe he has a disability that causes him to behave rudely in social situations. He seemed to lack experience with be around other human beings, and knowing how to behave in a polite manner.
Overall, this seems like a decent storage facility. Your experience would probably be better if you signed up when the OTHER employee is working, just to avoid having your day ruined. Also, if you have to pee really badly, i suggest bringing a large cup or a bucket, because you won't be able to use the restroom at this place. Apparently it's only for employees.

The staff (Tim & Rachael) at Storage Mart on Clayton road are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, helpful and extremely professional! I’ve been a customer for several months now and I’ve had nothing but favorable experiences! I recently moved from the 3rd floor to a smaller unit on the first floor and couldn’t be HAPPIER! Again, both made this minor transition equally as seamless as my initial move in!

I RECOMMEND Storage Mart, if you’re looking for a location that’s SAFE, CLEAN with “great hours” and Amazing Staff, then the Clayton road location is the place for you! ?

I just have to say that if you have the pleasure of working with miss Rachel Oliver you won't be disappointed! She made the entire process go as smooth as possible she was organized and thoughtful. When I was having difficulty getting there to sign paper work during hours due to my demanding job and long commute she stayed late on her on time and walked me through everything . The facilities are exactly what you'd expect from any storage but the customer service is what really made storage mart stand out and put it ina league of its own I didn't know it still existed like this. Thank you storage mart but even more so thank you miss Rachel I look forward to seeing you in my future comings and goings!
