We love Flowspace! Prior to using Flowspace, we'd been through the wringer with 3PL's but I am so thankful that we've never had any problems with Flowspace at all. Everyone is extremely friendly and easy to work with, the warehouses are fast and responsive, and as a customer I always feel seen and cared for. In the 18 months that we've been working with Flowspace they've rolled out two updates that show they truly listen to their customers and make changes based on feedback they receive. I highly recommend Flowspace, we are very happy with them!

Our company (Cargohouse - Carson, CA) has been using Flow.space platform to perform both simple and sophisticated warehouse related tasks. Flow.space WMS application is robust and suits our, as well as our clients’, needs over the years. The Flow.space team is always adding new features to improve the overall processing experience. Their software application is simple to interface and our team loves the easy and user friendly layout. What’s even better is their support team ~ our representative Mr. Steve Kim (and many others from accounting to software development) is always prompt and professional on our inquiries and whenever we need assistance! The Flow.space customer service level is just a great bonus to have!

I operate a 3PL in SoCal, and working with Flowspace over the past year has been such a breeze! On Day 1 in our new warehouse space, our dedicated Flowspace rep, Vicky, came out to welcome us to the new space, introduce herself, and answer questions we might have about working with them. She's been very responsive to our needs and has been a great asset in helping our business grow. Flowspace has pitched and placed numerous clients in our warehouse space. It's great to have an agent working on our behalf to find clients and act as a middle-man in managing client relationships so we can focus on our core business operations. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service Flowspace has provided and looking forward to working together going forward.

Our company has been using Flowspace since May 2021 and have had nothing but issues since. Orders are go out incorrectly or not at all. We have been trying to get in touch with out warehouse to do an inventory count (we don't even know what our inventory levels are at because they have had so many order/return issues) and not even the Flowspace representatives have been able to resolve the issue. Overall, please do not waste your time/money with this company. They will trap you into your contract, mess up your orders just to try and up-charge you for other services like adding SKUs.

The best warehousing experience I've had yet. We've only been doing business now for 1.5 years but they have provided the best service. Their system is straightforward and easy to use. Getting set-up was simple and the only time I needed Support they were prompt in response and the fix. I highly recommend working with Flowspace.
