I reached out to Elizabeth when I found out I had gestational diabetes during pregnancy and meal planning was getting too complicated. Elizabeth asked me about my dietary needs and set me up with Chef Gabriela who comes to our house every week to set up our meals for the week. She’s amazing!! The food tastes so good and I became so much healthier during my pregnancy that we decided to continue the service even after my daughter was born! Gabby always makes sure the best ingredients are used and we have a good balance of veggies with our meals. We love this service!!!

Elizabeth is not just an amazing chef, she is a caring and wonderful person. She has prepared meals for my family for over seven years. Her attention to detail is truly excellent and she knows how to create unique entrées without any chemical ingredients. This type of healing food is so very important for everyone. We love all of our meals from Gourmet to go and I highly recommend elizabeth for all of your catering needs.

This has been one of the best investments my husband and I have made for ourselves. The idea of having a personal chef may seem like a huge luxury, but Chef Bourget and team has made it worth the trade-offs. Our personal Chef, Lidia, has created some wonderful and tasty menus. Both Chef Lidia and Chef Bourget have welcomed feedback. We love their approach to 'clean' eating and not a fad diet. They've taken our health goal into consideration when preparing our menus. This has helped my husband and I jump start to a healthier lifestyle and is teaching us about portion control. I've not only lost 15 pounds so far, but I haven't felt deprived. I actually stopped craving the desserts that I always wanted after dinner. Don't get me wrong. I still enjoy going out and sharing meals with friends. I still enjoy my wine and cocktails. I just don't indulge as much and tend to bring home more leftovers than I would have previously done.

We are looking at this as an investment. It won't be forever, but we are really enjoying not having to stress about meal prep and what to eat. Our Doordash bill has literally decreased by 98%.

We feel extremely privileged and lucky to have Gourmet to Go as part of our weekly routine.
