Never doing business here again !

The dispatcher “Joseph” Is a complete liar. I told him I needed my car picked up the same day. Tricked me into paying a $250 Service fee In order for him to look for a driver after he promised that he can pick it up same day. and then after he changed me the fee he said he couldn’t pick it up until the following day. I went ahead and canceled my request and now they do not want to refund me my $250 back. He simply told me to take it up with my credit card company. Just bad business stay away. !!!!

Steer clear of A-1 Auto Transport. This company is nothing but a scam. They make false promises, deliver nothing but lies, and will ultimately cheat you out of your money. After dealing with delays, unprofessional behavior, and blatant dishonesty, it’s clear that they have no intention of delivering the services they claim to offer. The vehicle we trusted them to transport was severely damaged, and they refused to take any responsibility. Their so-called customer service was rude and dismissive, making it impossible to resolve the issue. It’s shocking that companies like this still exist. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and frustration—avoid A-1 Auto Transport at all costs.
