Anytime I'm needing food delivered all I had to do is place my order with Petaluma food taxi and I'd receive a time of arrival if there was anything wrong or missing from my order it wasn't a problem to jus contact them and they would make things right . It was easy to pay ahead as well as tip my driver. All the services and delivery drivers are easy going and that's exactly why I use them over and other delivery services.

I placed an order for dinner. Got a confirmation email. Went hiking with plans for dinner to be ready when we got home. Then at 5:30 - about 45 minutes before the meal should have been delivered - I got an email saying that my order was canceled and they gave me no reason. We were out hiking so I didn't notice it until here we are sitting here waiting for our food and I check my email and there it is. They told me that I should have received a message and it happened immediately. When I told them that it did not happen immediately they said oh yeah you're right. They told me the reason why is they don't deliver to Rohnert Park. So I could have just gone and picked up my food if I'd known that they weren't going to deliver it but instead I got shafted and now I got to go figure out something else for dinner. Screw these guys.

Forget the rest- Petaluma Food Taxi is the ONLY food delivery service to use! Fast, friendly & efficient. On the very rare occasion there is a mistake, they immediately fix it. No run around like with the other guys. Their drivers are prompt and courteous. And the selection of Petaluma restaurants is fantastic.

Pros: fast, local, good selections, never had any mistakes

Cons: sometimes things from the menu are missing, and their drivers don't always carry change for cash. We usually have to call them to remind them to carry change if we choose the cash option on their website.

Overall pretty great! We use them often.

The best, absolutely the best delivery in Petaluma! I’ve used them many, many times & never had a problem. & now during the pandemic their no-contact delivery makes me feel reassured. If there ever was a problem w/ the delivery, I know Kiko & Nick will make it right. ?

They took an hr and “14” minutes according to the caller. I wasn’t about to have my food get cold, and the way he spoke to a costumer is just not it…. He said “we will never take your order again if you cancel it… like there’s other places to order from‍♂️
