I have been a customer here since 1995. There have been several owners over the years. The current owners (Argum and Karina )are the utmost kind, professional and helpful of all. They always treat me like family. They hire the best clerks (Becky and Hayley) and I have never had a problem with anything that they have done for me! Driver dropped package off over the gate that opens automaticly and so the package ended up getting ran over from the gate and from a car because of where the driver placed the box and the bad thing is there was people home when it got deliverd and he did not even hock or anything to get someones attention to let him in. We have lots of deliverys that come out and they always place them on the side of the fence inside the yard not on the drive way were cars drive in and out at.

DROPPED MY PACKAGE OFF AT THE WRONG ADDRESS WRONG TOWN NOW MY SON WONT RECEIVE HIS CLOTHES AND TOYS BY CHRISTMAS! I HAVE SO MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH DHL! I DO NOT WANT THEM HANDING MY PACKAGES EVER!

they tell lie never answer driver tell me he drop of box on my door they said we have signature for delivry please dont trust on this compny i have insurence my package but they said they dont responsible they no give me my package back or money my package was 1300 dollers

Very slow and stuck in LA for 3 days disappointed.
