They arranged cargo for my friend's dog (63 kg), assisted with all the necessary documents, and even met her at the airport. They did an outstanding job!

Thank you so much, Kittens Travels, for helping to transport my dog from the USA to Russia. In a time when flights are scarce and not every company is willing to accommodate a large breed, you made it possible. Navigating through the complex documentation and bureaucratic barriers at every step was daunting. Yet, as a result, my dog was thrilled to see snow again and arrive in Moscow safely and successfully. Moreover, during the layover, I received photos showing my dog comfortable in a spacious enclosure with access to water and food.

The care my sweet dog received while in Kittens Travels care was impeccable! I received video updates daily and my girl was SO happy the entire trip. I really cannot thank him enough for everything he did to make her journey as stress free as possible. I pulled my girl, Lida (the smaller one in the pictures), from a shelter OK, but was not able to get her on the plane with me on short notice to fly home to RI. Through her travels with Kitten Travels she was able to experience grass beneath her feet and warm spacious beds.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. My heart is full right now ❤️

Kittens Travels contacts were given to us by the breeder. The delivery of the kitten was quick and unnoticeable for the kitten. The kitten flew from one end of the country to the other in a few hours. Thank you very much for the delivered happiness.

Maxim did a really wonderful job caring for our puppy and the others along the trip. I would have appreciated a bit more consistent/updated communication. But I would trust max with my puppies and dogs any day. My new pup was so sad to see max go. Genuinely a good guy. And a good service.

We used this company to transfer our sweet dog from Eastern Europe to Los Angeles. Our manager was Maxim and he did this complicated transfer pretty smoothly. We were nervous about our dog because they had to fly with 3 stops to LA, but he did his best. During every single layover, he walked out our dog, fed him, and sent us photos to ensure all was ok.
Btw, we requested a quote from Kittens Travel by referral of our friends and weren't disappointed.

I have contacted this company to transport a dog from Canada to New Zealand. Maxim was very pleasant in the beginning, communicating a lot, promoting himself and making big promises, all until I paid a deposit of $500 USD in good faith.

After receiving the deposit, he disappeared for 2 weeks with the whole lot of excuses like “delayed flights”, “ busy at work”, etc.

Then he hasn’t completed his job of researching regulations as to importing pets to New Zealand, where I was forced spend numerous hours on research myself, only to prove to him how NZ regulations actually work, where he tried to prove a complete opposite, and then we had to change the course of the pet’s vaccinations thanks to his inefficiency.

Then later, he made promises again about contacting NZ authorities about the course of vaccinations and regulations, which hasn’t happened.

So, I ran out of patience and went ahead and found another company that has experience in bringing pets from Canada to NZ, and asked Maxim to refund the $500 USD deposit. Initially he declined this request, saying that he’s put in “so many work hours” into this, but after an hour-long phone chat, he has admitted that he has been inefficient and agreed to refund only a portion - $300 USD.

It has been 2 months ever since and the refund still hasn’t been made.

Absolute cheat. Please don't deal with this company and spend time finding a different company that is honest and reliable.

*** Reply to the owner - I refused your services because you were incredibly inefficient and incompetent. The new company is more expensive than you and is by far more efficient and professional. You have not completed any of the services promised - no proper consultancy, no document preparation and no time efficiency. Just talks. You are a complete waste of time and money. I sincerely hope a lot of people read this review and don’t deal with you.
