The Owner is amazing know him due to vehicle maintenance, the customer service girl didn’t seem to jolly about the phone call or her job. Made a profile and called various times but no answer. she seemed in a mood and all I wanted was some good stuff. Don’t liken the job then find another. 1/25/24 8:00. Not cool

Put in an order at 6pm. Called just before 8pm to check on the status and a not very happy sounding woman told me it might be about an hour longer. It's been over 3.75 hours since ordering now and still nothing.
P.S.-They finally showed up at 11pm. I had already given up and gone to bed by then. Im not using Papa Bear anymore.

They're good but they tell u it'll be 30 mins or so, and that's fine, then I always seem to be out doing something when I get the text, were right around the corner, 5 mins ...so gotta stop what you're doing and go meet them. Other than that product is always good and drivers are always cool and friendly.

Never got my delivery!!! Placed my order hours before closing, got a confirmation it was being delivered, and then nothing. No other updates or texts, no answer to my phone calls after 30 minutes on hold, ridiculous. Why stay in business if you’re not going to deliver the product? Don’t buy from here. Such a waste of time!

The service is spectacular here with dispatch and delivery. I just hope that they distance themselves from West Coast Treez as a supplier, the last time I had cannabis this bad it was called bammer weed. Dry, hard as a rock and a taste that I can say I have never experienced in over thirty years and wasn't good. This will be my fifth bad batch from Papa Bears consecutively.
