Today was my first delivery. I was in a bind. All out and couldn’t get to the shop. So my friend Kathy Paxiao recommended this company. And I found them to be very pleasant to work with. Quick. And everything correct! Francesco my driver was amazing. He came up to the door for me cause I didn’t have shoes on! Very friendly guy! I will be calling them soon for my next order!

Great selection and delivery drivers are super friendly and communicative. Last week I had an issue with a product(not their fault, electronic product was in a sealed container) and they came by ASAP to exchange it with a proper working version AND stayed while I tested it, completely free of charge

I ordered 2 items a stiiizy pod & a stiiizy big advanced battery. They got the pod correct but gave me the incorrect battery but then charged me for the price of the big battery. Mind you this order cost $96. I called to let them know at 6:25pm that my order was incorrect & they said they’d exchange the big battery for the standard battery. So I wait 2 hrs & call at 8:55pm to know if my order is still being delivered. They told me the driver was nearby & that it would be delivered…it’s still not here. I’ve been patient this whole time & never gave the person I was talking to an attitude. I’m disappointed & frustrated.

The supervisor is terribly rude and the communication between employees there is absurd. They’ll hang up on you for complete and avoid your calls. They’ll throw a driver under the bus and blame them for any issues. It’s sad and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time or money. Spend it where you’re valued as a person and not just a wallet.
