I had a small issue with my order and I called the support number. Robert, the owner of the company, is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He looked into it and then called back twice - once to give me the info, and the second time to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. This kind of customer service is refreshing and so appreciated!

Ordered cakes from Porto’s to be delivered at 9am the day of our baptism party and I received an email canceling my order 15 mins before 9… not even a call. We obviously didn’t have time to go to Porto’s that morning. Super disappointing.

Don’t use this app! They take your money, then call you and say they are not able to complete the delivery because THEY DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS!!! I’ve added a star because they were able to refund my $ instantly. Thank you WeGo… but take In and Out off your menu .

My driver was very nice and I appreciate that WeGo puts a sticker over your bag to ensure safety. However, I am confused why this food delivery service has such high ratings. They take significantly longer than any other delivery service I've used - an hour and twenty minutes. I know that's not all on the restaurant because why would Door Dash, for example, be quicker if it's the restaurant?

They should add a feature to their site to give you real time updates to track your food. The "progress" bar they show with your order is very inaccurate. I would love to support a local food delivery service if they were competitive with other food service companies. I wish they would equip their workers to be more efficient.

Do not use this delivery service, absolutely a horrible service. They charge a delivery fee plus a high service fee, they have their drivers make the orders but can't clearly make a order right and give you missing items. I had to return to the restaurant to pick up the missing items. I let them know and they wouldn't even refund me the delivery or service fee, the guy literally said "It is what it is" this is the second and last time I will use this and I highly recommend anyone to use a different food delivery service.

I ordered delivery from wegoscv for the first time today. The experience was flawless. The website is user friendly. I had food and margaritas delivered as ordered. The hot food was delivered hot. The margaritas were ice cold. Cameron the driver rang my doorbell when he put the food on my porch. He didn't leave until he saw that I picked it up.

I’ve ordered through WeGo 3 times with no issues. The drivers are always super friendly, well groomed and always have a smile (behind the face mask ?..of course) Delivery is always on time. Never had an issue with my food being cold or late because the driver has 2 other stops before mine, like GrubHub or DoorDash. I really appreciate that. Thank you WeGo for having a delivery service I can trust.
