Lupe at Trojan Storage of Burbank is FANTASTIC. Her kind and helpful demeanor helped me so much as I was moving last minute in a stressful situation. She totally understood and went above and beyond to help.

First, my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud, which caused a hiccup in my on-time payment. She heard me and removed the late fee!

I also needed to move out of the unit quickly, and she facilitated that process, and all went smoothly. I’m grateful for people like Lupe, as people like her are what makes our world a beautiful place. Thank you, Lupe!

The storage unit itself is totally automated with an app. It’s so easy to use! Easy as pie. And the facility is NICE. So clean and easy to get to the units. Plenty of space.

CLEAN and Temperature Controlled. I’ve had storage units in other cities where I could never be sure my items were truly not affected by high temperatures, excess humidity, or other undesirable factors. This facility is true to its word. Your stuff is safe and sound. The place is pristine, and the staff is friendly and professional. I often see industry folks keeping their professional equipment at this location. That says it all. Trojan offers everything you want in a storage facility!!

Trojan Storage in Burbank is the best.....and that's mainly because of Lupe, the office mgr, who is fantastic!! She is knowledgeable and available to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. She goes above and beyond to help make sure everything is taken care of. I would highly recommend Trojan in Burbank, CA to everyone.

As far as storage goes, I feel like my contents were perfectly safe here. Facility is really clean. The app for it is bothersome at first but then it's pretty nice to have. Customer lobby hours are strange though. There are a couple days a week no employee is physically there. Also, the hours posted on the gate are still incorrect. Overall, I recommend it!
