It has been a very long time since I visited U-Haul. It was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get a van to pick up large and tall Linen Cabinets for a bathroom remodel. The vans have rear cameras with lines that rotate according to the driver’s wheel. The vans have wood ribs along the side to tie down items. Kim helped me out and had me in and out on the road within 10 minutes.

U-Haul has after hours delivery and full pre check in with your cell phone.

I am very happy with the service and cargo vans from U-Haul.

I called like 6 u-haul locations in the surrounding area for a motorcycle trailer and truck to tow it and this was the only location that had them available. I was able to put a truck and motorcycle trailer on hold for the weekend I needed it over the phone in 5 min. This was my first time at u-haul and the process was super simple. I showed them my license, they gave me the keys, they set up the trailer for you, and you’re good to go. This was also my first time towing something. Luckily this wasn’t in issue as far as rentals go and it’s as easy as it looks! All in all I paid about $5 in gas and about $75 to rent it for 4 hours/40 miles which was much more reasonable than paying $200 COD for someone to tow the bike home from the dealership for me. The lady at the front desk was super nice too and that’s always a plus.

Overall great team here. Very efficient and pivoted me to a van when the trailer wouldn’t work on my truck. Super helpful and got my job done !

Rear door of the truck was left open. Didn't realize it (when I pulled the truck out it was backed up so close to another truck I would not have seen it). Other than that, great experience. Kim was very helpful at the desk. Truck worked fine. Was given a $20 credit for fuel for returning the truck with slightly more fuel that I left with.

I showed up to get a propane tank filled, I arrived prior to the store opening. Once the store opened, I waited in line behind 1 customer and at my turn I said I needed a propane tank filled. I was told it would "be a while because his co-worker wasn't in yet" 30 seconds later the co-worker arrived and I was told that it would still be a while with no reason given why. I waited until 9:15 and left due to the poor customer serivce at this location. This place deserves less than 1 star.

Tires on the trailer were 100% bald filled with nails . I was flat when I got home and had to call rsa. They eventually came but I lost time. The location told me they fully check the unit before I left but how could they let bald tires on the road it is unsafe! I have pictures if need

This is the worst U-Haul service I’ve ever experienced. I made a reservation twice, three days in advance. I arrived by Uber to pick up the truck, and they canceled my reservation both times. I had to call another Uber and go to a different location, wasting additional time and money. This happened twice. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst U-Haul service.

Came to fill propane 7:25pm and the workers were to lazy to do it. Said propane is closed. Official ours of operation is listed 8pm
