The service of this company is very displeasing. Gas was ordered two weeks prior (ordered Dec. 15, delivered Dec. 29, 2020)to the day is was delivered. No estimated time or date was given to the customer in order to be home for delivery. The first day, gas was not delivered, Dec 21, 2020 due to no one being home (we'll own that issue). However, we contacted the company the following day to get them to come back out and again no date or time was given. So from Dec 22-Dec 24th someone was at the house all day during business hours. Each day we contacted the office to see what the issue was and was constantly told by April that he was coming and that she'd given him our contact number to let us know when he was on the way. Delivery was attempted again on Dec 26th (after the holiday was ruined), but people still have lives and after sitting home for 3 additional days, personal business needed to be handled outside the home. We were still told that the deliverer would be contacting us on Saturday to let us know when he'd be on the way so someone could be home. Monday, the homeowner went to the place of business with intentions on getting a refund, but was told the driver would be delivering that day. No one ever came. We never heard from Daniel until Dec. 29th around 9 in the morning that he would be coming around lunch. When he finally arrived, Jake another worker with Daniel spoke to one person that came to the door, but Daniel did not realize that it was multiple individuals in the home and had a nasty attitude when they came back to the door to complete the paperwork. So when we begin to explain we did not know what he was talking about because what was discussed with the first person and Jake, no one knew until after Daniel began speaking in a condescending tone. The entire situation was blown out of control and the customer was highly disrespected on their property due to the OWNER of the company Daniel being very unprofessional. The owner left the paper that needed to be signed "the paper work that is required by the federal law to show that the gas line from the tank to appliance had been checked" due to him having an attitude with the customer and sped off out of the year, kicking up rocks on vehicles in a truck the contains hazardous chemicals. This company needs to learn proper customer service, better communication, get an understanding of the necessity for logistics and scheduling. Would only recommend if it your last resort (and really wouldn't then honestly).
