I accidentally placed the wrong order and called to fix, the owner who answered was super sweet and helped right away. I am always happy to support a local business, but I have to say they surpassed my expectations! The mother's day bouquet, that I was able to order last minute online, was beautifully crafted and delivered with care! The customer service was above and beyond any I have ever experienced. What a Rip-Off. I always use Flowers by Annette, but unfortunately my friends were directed to Willits Flower. A small fish bowl of flowers that look like a 1st grader arranged and when I saw the price I was appalled.
