Directions good , clean restroom, overnight parking, easy dock parking, open 5 am for live unload . Good works. check-in office inside the building ?‍♀️

Delivery was good, EZ in and out of facility . 8am -12am appt window , did a drop in hook , dock area spacious plenty of room to back. They have a trailer drop area, and you can overnight park. Dock workers were friendly and helpful.

If your pallets turn over load slide or whatever what not they can fix they’re not like the wrecker service will charge you $3500 to re-stack two pallets, they kind and courteous and have really good rates to fix whatever the shipper messed up….

Arrived 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, was assigned a door 2 hours later, going on three and a half hours now and lumpers barely started hand-unloading the trailer. Be ready to spend more than four hours if you're delivering to this location!!!

Bad place. They just fired me because of “BACKGROUND” i was there for a month driving. No one said anything about a background. On top of that. I clocked 136 hours Nov 15 - 28. They only gave me 79 hours lol. My brother works there he had 114 hours. But i be there longer then him because im a driver. Makes no sense. But i will take this to court if i dont get what im OWED.. ps i have a job at Alabama Power background check was good. So idk they probably just didnt wanna pay me that out...
