Fantastic service. We had One of our truck drivers break down on the highway. They were able to get him food, water and ice from the nearby stores. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Doorstep delivery is a professional, friendly, and timely service. Their drivers are knowledgeable about the town and their receptionists are kind and patient. They saved me today while I was to sick to cook or travel; and drove through the snow storm to do it.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Doorstep deliveries is! My fiancé was stuck in mammoth by himself after breaking his elbow and being discharged from the hospital. Even though it was a holiday weekend and they were about to close Cathleen owner of doorstep was able to make sure he had enough food and liquids delivered. Very grateful for this service. Highly recommend!

Cathleen and the Doorstep Deliveries staff are amazing, professional and can do just about anything, all you litteraly have to do is ask! My family uses their delivery service whenever we are in the Mammoth area so we don't have to fight the crowds or go out in the cold. We have also attended their JazzFest and VillageFest events in the summer for the last 2 years as they are so much fun and very well run. If you haven't attended either of these events you should go! Their concierge services are top notch with a personal touch...whether you use them to stock your fridge, to deliver you food, plan your event or set up your place for the holidays I promise you won't be disappointed!!

We had a terrible experience with Doorstep. Most specifically with the man who we spoke to on the phone. He was exceptionally rude to us right off the bat, told us he decided not to serve us after we asked for clarity on how to use the service, and we will never use Doorstep again. For a customer facing service, you should hire people that are friendly and helpful.

The man was completely judgmental and sexist in assuming my friend was under the influence when she called to order a bottle of wine, which by the way, she was not.

She didn’t know how to use your service and when called, uncomfortably asked if your team even delivers alcohol. Calling the situation of a 31 year old woman wanting to have wine delivered to the safety of her home “adding to the problem” is uncalled for. The unprofessionalism here is beyond and trying to justify your decision is baseless.

Kathleen is sooo much more than a delivery service - she found me a computer tech on the sunday night after thanksgiving in the middle of a snowstorm - I was flabbergasted she could do this - she was patient and kind sharing information about driving in snow and chains and was beyond helpful to someone with no snow knowledge. the fact they also do deliveries is icing - so much more
