I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Deliver It. I am still waiting for my package that was scheduled for delivery, and the situation has been frustrating.

The first delivery attempt occurred on September 3, 2024, but the next attempt wasn’t made until September 9, 2024. I reached out to Deliver It multiple times through their email and ticket system on their website, requesting that they simply call me upon arrival so I can grant them access. Unfortunately, it seems my instructions were overlooked, as I have not received any calls during their visits. Additionally, the phone number they provide only leads to a recorded message directing me to contact the shipper, which is not helpful at all.

The shipper of my item is also facing challenges in reaching Deliver It. Given the ongoing issues, I have suggested that they reconsider using this delivery service. It’s concerning to see such a lack of attention to customer care and communication.

At this point, I feel the need to express how unprofessional their service has been. I hope they address these issues soon, as it’s difficult to have any confidence in their ability to deliver packages effectively.

Their drivers will abandon your package and mark it as delivered. Mixlab pharmacy uses this delivery service to ship controlled substances. I suggest you file a complaint with the California board of pharmacy if you’re also having this issue

This company is a joke. Newer received my item , was shipped from Apple Store. There is nobody talk over the phone. Not recommended.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. After several attempts at trying to get my phone delivered, they once again did not comply with the instructions and left saying they 'attempted' to deliver without ever knocking on a single door, nor calling me to meet me. I was home 2 out of the 3 times, and the last attempt I had to step out for a quick doctor's appointment. Of course the last attempt was done mid-day when it was close to impossible to be home if my work wasn't so flexible.

I had a package that they didn’t deliver because they said they “couldn’t get in the gate”. Funny how the name of the company is ‘deliver it’… and that was the opposite of what they did. I’ve never had any issues with Amazon, UPS, USPS or FedEx. When I tried to talk to them, they said they weren’t allowed to talk to me and that I needed to go through the website I ordered which I think is ridiculous. Now my sister isn’t going to get her birthday present all because their driver couldn’t read the instructions that said to press 000 to get into the gate.
I would not suggest using this company.

The absolute worst delivery company. I deal with them at my job as well as other orders from different companies at home, and I have only seen them actually deliver anything maybe 1-2 times in the 3 years that I have worked with them. Companies choose this courier due to the fact that it is dirt cheap then act surprised that their customer’s package never arrives. If you can help it, save yourself the stress and hassle of dealing with this company and choose a major courier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

I've have delivery instructions on file with this company for the last 5 deliveries, and they are never followed. The drivers never pay attention to my instructions, they leave packages in places visible from the sidewalk and street making packages more likely to be stolen. If the drivers would follow my instructions it would greatly reduce the likelyhood of package theft.

This company deserves to go out of business. No accountability. I see everyone has had the same issue. Drivers don't follow instructions, and even straight up lie when they say they attempt contact. I left a huge magic marker note outside with my number on it and they never called. And whoever "Darlene" is in the email customer service is an awful person. @apple you need to drop this company.
