I was impressed with Roadstar in every way. Marie was very courteous to speak with. Communication was great throughout and I was able to speak directly to my driver as well for some updates. I liked the fact I was not charged a deposit until the truck was dispatched to pick up my car, however, I did pay $20 up front for the booking which was deductible, so that was fine. Needless to say my GT-R arrived safe and sound.

Marie is amazing. She kept in touch with me from booking my transportation to delivery. This company is very customer oriented. Here’s an example of who they are: received an email from Customer Service giving all the contact numbers you might need if you have an issue (which i never needed) A very funny email from Dave who assured me we will never speak again cause they hardly ever have any damage to your car. This was a very pleasant experience and would definitely highly recommend them for your transportation needs. My car went from Florida to New Hampshire without a scratch, great company!

Very good working with this shipper. I was updated by text after pick-up and also told approximately when the shipment would arrive when I asked. I was contacted on that day and I was told the delivery would be 1 hour before delivery and the driver was there on time. The driver was very nice, the Jeep shipped was very clean, the truck/car trailer unit looked good, clean and professional. And all this after the original shipper had problems, these folks picked up and completed the shipment. Thank you!

Both service and communication were good. I received an email regarding a "severe weather report" and my shipment was delayed a day because of weather, but I understand that something like that cannot be helped. Once the driver was able to get to me everything else was smooth as silk. The driver was courteous and loaded my car with care. When my vehicle arrived it was a little dirty but no damage to the vehicle while in transit. Very happy with my service.
