I currently have a C Train at a storage facility down the street. I need to downsize from 1 large one to 2 smaller ones. I'm having a hard time finding a place with 2 available units next to each other. And to find a place that's affordable on top of that?! Ugh. Anyways, the manager, Sheila, was BEYOND helpful to me! She couldn't offer me what I wanted, however, she did end up finding almost exactly what I've been looking for, close by at a totally different facility though. And the price was jaw dropping. I might not be storing my junk at Madera Secure Storage at the moment, but the service that Sheila gave, gives me no other choice than to talk this place up and refer my loved ones. She didn't have to do extra for me. She could have shoved me off and went on with her day. But, she listened to my needs and even though she lost a potential client at the moment, she wanted to make sure that I had a positive experience dealing with her and her company. And believe me...... I'M EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH SHEILA'S SERVICE! I'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!!! Thank you again!!

Place is super quiet. Video surveillance. Management always on top wen you need it. Definitely recommend. Have rv and semi truck parking available. With 24 hours access to.

Great customer service, I was an able to hold a reservation at no cost while I was waiting for clearance to pick up my semi. After a week I made the final decision and rented the parking area for my semi. Once I arrived front desk greeted me and showed me my parking spot. Storage facility is clean and well maintained. I will continue my business here.

I loved Madera secure storage! It was great pricing and such an excellent facility. On top of the great deal, their employee Sheila was just terrific!
