I have rented a space for my boat for a couple years. The place was new when I moved in. Lots of cameras and the Craig the manager/owner has been great. The gate wouldn't let me out once, (stuff happens) and Craig answered the phone immediately. He walked me through the manual process. I was out in 5 minutes tops.
Super secure and clean.
In the market for a new boat. I'll rent a space from Craig again.

Craig was great helping us store our beloved RV while the snow at home was 3ft deep, until we could clear our spot at home. The facility is clean, well lit and we felt our RV was safe and the site was level. We highly recommend this facility.

Nice brand new facility with good security. We parked our travel trailer and stored our camping equipment here while visiting family for 6 weeks. Craig was very accommodating and willing to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be using this facility if we do this trip again.
