I had a terrible experience with Vogue Cleaners and will be taking my dry cleaning somewhere else. When I dropped off my clothes, I was told I would get 20 percent off because it is my first time. They didn’t provide rates but when I received the bill, it was beyond what I have ever paid. They charge more than any other high end cleaner I have gone to. Plus, they denied me the discount dispute the fact that they still advertise it on the front desk. The lady at the counter was rude and dismissive. She did not even care to show a scintilla of customer service. I will never go there and pay that much to be treated like garbage.

Twice I went to pick up my clothes during posted business hours and the lights were out and shop was closed. I mentioned this to person helping me. She shrugged and didn’t respond. I won’t be back.
